About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
3. Support onboarding and offboarding processes (joining formalities, ID creation, exit documentation, etc.).
4. Help in managing employee leave, attendance, and shift records.
5. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks and updates.
6. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
7. Support payroll input preparation and other compliance-related documentation.
8. Handle employee queries and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
9. Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
10. Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards as needed.
11. Provide support in business operations.
Note:
1. PPO may be provided based on the performance during the probation period.
2. Two rounds of interviews will be there -
a. Round 1- Virtual
b. Round 2- Face-to-face at Gurugram location
