About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Act as Executive Assistant to the Founder, Operations Lead (calendar, follow-ups, coordination)
2. Handle end-to-end HR operations (hiring, onboarding, documentation, employee morale)
3. Ensure smooth handovers, exits, and internal coordination
4. Maintain confidentiality, ownership, and clear communication
5. Support team alignment and process discipline
This role is not for you if you:
1. Need constant follow-ups or supervision to complete tasks
2. Avoid accountability or shift responsibility when things go wrong
3. Struggle with clear, direct, and timely communication
4. Take feedback personally instead of acting on it
5. Are uncomfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
6. Prefer “instructions” over ownership
7. Believe HR is only about policies and not execution
This role requires someone who can function as a right hand to the Founder, not a task-taker.
