Key Responsibilities1. Make outbound calls to potential candidates for job openings.
2. Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company policies to candidates.
3. Screen candidates over the phone based on criteria provided by HR.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain and update candidate records in the database.
6. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
7. Handle inbound recruitment-related inquiries.
8. Support HR team with documentation, onboarding tasks, and candidate communication.
9. Meet daily/weekly calling and hiring targets.
