We are seeking a proactive HR Superintendent to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and support recruitment and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good documentation abilities, and hands-on knowledge of core HR functions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes.
2. Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMS updates.
3. Track attendance, coordinate payroll inputs, and manage leave records.
4. Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
5. Address employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns.
6. Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
7. Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams.
