About the Job

As an HR & admin officer at SANVER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing administrative support to the team as well as to the CEO. You should hold a BMS/MBA degree with at least 12 months of HR experience, preferably in recruitment. You should have a keen interest in developing a career in HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to support the organization's growth and goals.
2. Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
3. Provide administrative support to team members and to the CEO, including handling documentation and coordinating meetings.
4. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
5. Coordinate with the CEO to support HR initiatives and drive employee engagement.
6. Demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership skills to foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
