About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic hotel management executive to join our team at Mea Ame company. As a key player in our hospitality division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional service to our guests.Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
2. Manage a team of staff members, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to deliver outstanding service.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
