About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Monitor guest service experience and suggest improvements in hospitality standards.
2. Conduct daily hygiene and cleanliness inspections across rooms, kitchens, and public areas.
3. Supervise food presentation and quality checks in coordination with kitchen teams.
4. Prepare and share weekly service & hygiene audit reports.
5. Train and brief staff on service protocols and brand standards.
6. Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams.
7. Handle guest feedback and follow up on corrective actions.
8. Support administrative and operational requirements as needed for the zone.
