Key responsibilities:1. Prepare and portion ingredients for cakes, doughnuts, breads, tarts, cupcakes, brownies, etc.
2. Ensure high-quality products are maintained by strictly following established recipes and procedures.
3. Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
4. Assist with managing inventory, including receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
5. Communicate with other kitchen staff to achieve shared goals.
