About the Job
The Growth Manager will be responsible for expanding the company's Critical Thinking Program from 30 to 300 schools, presenting a unique opportunity to integrate critical thinking into today’s school system and nurture a new generation of future critical thinkers. We are seeking a passionate individual who is committed to improving the school system, takes full ownership of their work, and thrives in an environment with minimal supervision, where they have the freedom to drive their own initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
1. Branding of 'Critical Thinking Program' among school leaders and educationists
2. Generate leads from prospective schools
3. Conduct online meetings and some in-person meetings
4. Conduct onboarding session with the school teachers
Note:
1. The work culture is remote
2. The field sales work will be conducted within the Delhi NCR location
