About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Visual design:
1. Design high-impact banner creatives for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns
2. Create visually appealing and professional presentations/PowerPoint decks for client pitches and internal communications
3. Develop website banners and digital assets that align with brand aesthetics and conversion goals
4. Produce engaging motion graphics and video content for social media and marketing campaigns
B. UI/UX design:
1. Design intuitive and user-friendly UI interfaces for web and mobile applications
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
3. Ensure consistent design language across all digital touchpoints
4. Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences
C. Brand & marketing support:
1. Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
2. Support the marketing team with day-to-day creative requirements
3. Iterate designs based on performance data and feedback
4. Stay updated with design trends and best practices in growth marketing
