Key Responsibilities:A. Strategic Design Leadership
1. Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design strategies that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.

B. Creative Direction
1. Lead the creative direction for projects, guiding the design team in translating client briefs into visually compelling solutions.
2. Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation by encouraging team members to push boundaries and explore new design concepts.
C. Brand Stewardship
1. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design assets while maintaining a deep understanding of clients' brand guidelines and values.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for design choices that uphold and enhance the client's brand identity.
D. Collaborative Engagement
1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and developers to integrate design seamlessly into multi-channel campaigns.
2. Facilitate productive brainstorming sessions and design reviews to foster an environment of collaboration and idea-sharing.
E. Mentorship and Development
1. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, nurturing their growth and development through constructive feedback and support.
