About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Content writing (digital + print):
I. Social media
1. Write simple, engaging, emotional content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube
2. Convert field activities, farmer stories & program updates into captions, scripts & storytelling posts
II. Content strategy
1. Support content calendars & campaign planning
2. Brainstorm with the media/design team
3. Adapt writing to digital storytelling trends
III. Print content
1. Write & edit newsletters, donor reports, brochures & GVT booklets
2. Coordinate with field & data teams to collect stories and inputs
B. Graphic designing (digital + print)
I. Social media
1. Design graphics, reel covers, carousels, storytelling creatives
2. Maintain brand aesthetics & consistency
II. Print & offline
1. Design banners, brochures, booklets, event materials
2. Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors
III. Creative development
1. Convert stories into impactful visual creatives
2. Develop layouts, illustrations, and infographics
C. Basic video editing (added skill):
1. Edit short social media videos & reels
2. Add text overlays, transitions, and basic effects
3. Assist with simple motion graphics for storytelling
4. Organize raw footage & prepare content for YouTube/Instagram
