About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Creative Design & Visual Development:
1. Conceptualize and design creative visuals for digital and print media.
2. Develop layouts, illustrations, and branding materials that communicate messages effectively.
B. Brand Identity & Consistency:
1. Maintain brand guidelines across all designs to ensure a consistent visual identity.
2. Create logos, icons, and templates as needed to support company branding.
C. Marketing & Social Media Support:
1. Design engaging graphics for social media, advertisements, email campaigns, and websites.
2. Work closely with the marketing team to develop visuals that align with campaign goals.
D. Content Visualization:
1. Translate ideas, concepts, and data into visually appealing infographics and layouts.
2. Enhance photos, graphics, and illustrations to improve communication impact.
E. Collaboration & Teamwork:
1. Work with content writers, marketers, and developers to deliver cohesive creative output.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
F. Project & File Management:
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
2. Maintain organized design files, assets, and version control.
G. Trend Awareness & Innovation:
1. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
2. Continuously explore new styles and creative techniques.
