About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Graphic Design & Visual Communication
1. Design diverse marketing and communication materials, including social media creatives, infographics, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and email templates.
2. Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all outputs.
3. Create layouts for print and event materials such as reports, banners, signage, and merchandise.
4. Present complex data through visually engaging formats like charts and infographics.
B. Content Creation & Storytelling
1. Develop platform-appropriate written content, including blogs, case studies, and social media captions.
2. Collaborate with teams to document and craft impactful success stories and testimonials.
3. Edit and proofread all written materials to ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy.
C. Proposal & Report Writing
1. Lead and coordinate the writing, editing, and formatting of proposals for grants, funding, and partnerships.
2. Draft and design key organizational documents such as quarterly reports, policy briefs, and annual reviews.
3. Create and maintain templates for proposals, reports, and presentations to ensure consistency and professionalism.
