About the Job
This is a full-time hybrid role for a PPC Specialist - Real Estate, where you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing high-budget Google Ads campaigns for real estate developers and brokers. You’ll be part of a young, fast-paced team that’s redefining real estate marketing with performance-driven campaigns and creative strategy. If you have hands-on experience with Google Ads, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving measurable results, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
2. Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
3. Create ad copies, extensions, and landing page briefs to maximize CTR and conversions.
4. Monitor daily campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure strong ROI.
5. Track, analyze, and report results using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
6. Collaborate with the creative and web team to improve ad performance and user experience.
7. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and real estate ad policies.
