About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and policy-driven professional to join our team as a Google Ads policy & quality assurance specialist. This full-time, office-based role involves ensuring that all ad campaigns comply with Google’s advertising policies and meet internal quality standards. You will work closely with our performance marketing and compliance teams to monitor, audit, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms.Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Google Ads campaigns for policy compliance and quality benchmarks
2. Identify and report violations related to ad content, targeting, and landing pages
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve flagged issues and improve campaign performance
4. Maintain documentation of policy breaches and resolutions
5. Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry standards
6. Provide feedback and training to internal teams on compliance best practices
Requirements:
1. 0 to 1 years of experience in Google Ads policy assurance, ad operations, or digital quality control
2. Strong understanding of Google Ads policies and campaign structures
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Google Ads certification is a plus
