About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Customer and Regional Management
1. Handle allocated customers and regions to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
B. Database Management
1. Create and update all relevant data in the ERP system.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate monthly reports.
C. Order Cycle Management (End-to-End)
1. Manage the complete order process from vendor to customer shipment.
2. Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to fulfil order requirements.
3. Upload and process supplier orders accurately.
4. Obtain estimated delivery dates for parts and monitor progress.
5. Manage vendor payments and ensure timely transactions.
6. Coordinate with freight forwarders for logistics and shipment tracking.
7. Liaise with internal teams, sales, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth shipment execution.
D. Vendor Relationship Management
1. Conduct negotiations and manage vendor relationships effectively.
2. Handle credit terms and ensure compliance with agreed conditions.
3. Manage delivery schedules, including pull-ins and push-outs as required.
E. Issue Resolution
1. Address and resolve any operational issues promptly at any stage of the order cycle.
F. Customer Service
1. Ensure timely and efficient service for each customer, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
G. Inventory Management
1. Maintain Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce holding costs.
