About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GEM Bid Executive to manage end-to-end bidding activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with government tenders, bid documentation, and vendor registration processes on GeM, with excellent coordination and communication skills.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the entire GeM bidding process, including product listing, bid preparation, and submission.
2. Track live tenders, evaluate eligibility criteria, and prepare required documentation.
3. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for pricing, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
4. Upload and maintain product/service catalogues on the GeM portal.
5. Prepare and submit bid documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
6. Maintain proper documentation and records for all bids and related correspondence.
7. Handle post-bid activities such as bid clarification, order processing, and vendor registration.
8. Monitor bid results, analyze feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
9. Stay updated with GeM policies, procurement rules, and portal updates.
10. Support business development activities by identifying and evaluating new government tender opportunities.
