About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Game coordination: Manage daily game schedule & ensure smooth execution. Update participants about confirmation/cancellation. Troubleshoot last-minute issues.
2. List & attendance management: Maintain a player list for each game. Accept entries, manage waitlists, track backouts.
3. Payment management: Generate and share payment links. Monitor payments and follow up politely. Ensure every player has paid before the game starts.
4. Community discipline: Maintain fairness, discipline, and positive spirit. Ensure players follow jersey rules, punctuality, and behaviour guidelines.
5. On-ground management: Reach on time, check turf booking, arrange teams, start games smoothly. Handle disputes/conflicts with calm communication.
