About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Engage with clients/stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure, customize, and implement the Odoo ERP modules to meet business needs.
2. Provide functional support for ERP-related issues, including troubleshooting and testing.
3. Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and deployment.
4. Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation for implemented processes.
5. Map business processes to ERP functionality and suggest process improvements.
6. Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth go-live transitions.
7. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or best practices.
