About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Deliver structured training sessions on Full Stack Development, covering front-end, back-end, database, and deployment modules.
2. Conduct hands-on workshops, live coding sessions, and project mentoring for students and trainees.
3. Develop and update training content, assignments, and practical projects in alignment with industry trends.
4. Support Growcline’s academic collaborations and institute training programs.
5. Participate in internal product development, LMS enhancement, or tech prototype projects as part of Growcline’s R&D initiatives.
6. Evaluate learner performance through regular assessments and provide mentoring for career or placement readiness.
7. Coordinate with Growcline’s operations and content team for smooth delivery of scheduled programs.
