About the Job
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong engineering fundamentals who can build scalable end-to-end applications while contributing to architectural thinking and technical best practices. This role combines hands-on coding, system design, and collaboration across product, design, and delivery teams. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure high-quality execution within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Development & Engineering Excellence: Design and deliver robust, high-performing applications across both front-end and back-end components. Write clean, maintainable code and deliver features rapidly without compromising standards. Ensure scalability, security, and reliability across the stack.
2. Architecture & Technical Design: Support system design activities, including architecture diagrams, data-flow mapping, API structures, and integration patterns. Conduct technical feasibility assessments and contribute to defining development standards.
3. Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET). Hands-on experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, GCP), and basic DevOps workflows.
4. Documentation & Code Standards: Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, developer guidelines, and code-level documentation. Support reviews to ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
5. Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into working features. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and release planning to ensure smooth delivery across distributed teams.
