About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with a team of engineers to design and implement solutions, monitoring and debugging strategies for our SaaS platform.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in the production environment.
3. Analyze and enhance system performance, stability, and scalability.
4. Mentor and train team members on best practices.
You Should Have:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Proficiency in MEAN Stack.
3. Strong knowledge of monitoring and debugging tools such as New Relic, Kibana, Grafana, and others.
4. Familiarity with AWS services.
5. Solid experience with cloud-based applications and rollouts.
6. Ability to translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.
7. Excellent complex problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
8. Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
9. Hands-on experience with high-availability architecture.
10. Experience working with databases like MySQL and MongoDB at scale with unmanaged hosted replications.
