Key Responsibilities:
A. Visitor Management
1. Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
2. Check in visitors, issue badges, and inform the appropriate staff member.
3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
B. Communication
1. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls politely and efficiently.
2. Handle general email inquiries and direct them to the correct department.
3. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing mail with courier services.
C. Administrative Support
1. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
2. Schedule appointments for meeting rooms or staff when required.
3. Monitor and order office supplies for the reception and common areas.
4. Assist with additional administrative tasks, including meeting preparation and departmental support.
D. Security and Safety
1. Enforce company security protocols and ensure all visitors sign in and are escorted.
2. Monitor visitor access and report security concerns or suspicious activity.
3. Follow emergency procedures and stay familiar with evacuation plans.
