About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable commercial properties for franchise expansion.
2. Conduct comprehensive site feasibility studies, including demographic, catchment, and competition analysis.
3. Manage the full leasing lifecycle — from site identification and negotiation to final agreement execution.
4. Negotiate commercial lease terms, renewals, and amendments in alignment with company policies and financial objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to review and finalize lease documentation.
6. Liaise with franchise partners, landlords, and brokers to ensure smooth transaction execution and site readiness.
7. Maintain accurate documentation and transaction records for all leasing activities.
8. Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide insights that inform real estate strategies.
