About the Job
The Franchise Coordinator serves as the key link between the company’s head office and franchise partners. The role ensures alignment with brand standards, operational consistency, and smooth communication across all franchise locations. The coordinator supports franchisees in daily operations, compliance, training, marketing execution, and performance reporting.Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support
1. Act as the primary contact for franchisees for daily operational queries and issue resolution.
2. Support new franchise launches by coordinating training, marketing activities, and store setup.
3. Monitor franchise performance against KPIs and provide timely feedback or assistance.
4. Help franchise partners implement operational systems, procedures, and technology updates.
2. Brand & Compliance
1. Ensure franchisees maintain adherence to brand standards, policies, and visual identity guidelines.
2. Conduct regular (virtual) audits to review compliance and document deviations.
3. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, training, finance, and operations to resolve compliance-related issues.
3. Communication & Coordination
1. Maintain seamless communication between the head office and franchise partners.
2. Share updates on new initiatives, campaigns, and operational changes.
3. Organize franchise review meetings, webinars, and regular communication sessions.
4. Training & Support
1. Coordinate onboarding and continuous training sessions for franchise partners and their staff.
2. Identify training requirements and collaborate with the training team to design and deliver relevant modules.
3. Track and report completion status of training programs and certifications.
5. Reporting & Administration
1. Maintain updated records of franchise contacts, agreements, and performance reports.
2. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on franchise operations and key metrics.
3. Support documentation processes, agreement renewals, and compliance tracking.
