Key Responsibilities:1. Drive day-to-day operational activities across product, client success, and business functions.
2. Coordinate between teams (product, tech, sales, and marketing) to ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
3. Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
4. Support founders in strategic initiatives, documentation, and internal process optimization.
5. Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven, actionable solutions.
6. Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and metrics for decision-making.
7. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and key internal processes.
8. Assist in new initiatives like partnerships, growth programs, and pilot launches.
