About the Job
Company: Matri – A Shark Tank India Featured Brand in Female Wellness Matri is on a mission to revolutionize female wellness. Featured on Shark Tank India, we are building a brand that breaks taboos and brings comfort to women across the country with our innovative solution Matri - A Menstrual Pain reliever device. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic candidate to join our core team and help us scale nationwide.Key responsibilities:
1. Team work with the Customer Support team
2. Build strategies to make strong relationships with existing customers
3. Create strategies for past or new customer engagement (e.g., a community of women celebrating painless periods) aware them about other SKU’s etc.
4. Provide training for effective communication
5. Daily Operations Handle
6. Support departments in managing various documentation
7. Organize team activities to maintain a positive office culture
8. Assist in building and uniting a strong team
9. Team Leading Capability
10. Outreach with potential Distributors or Resellers
11. Design and execute B2B sales plans
12. Network with Doctors for awareness and brand presence
13. Attending Physical Events like Healthcare seminars , Representing in Matri stall at various National platforms , Hosting any events etc as per requirement.
