Oytra is a Mumbai-based brand founded in 2019 specializing in art & craft materials- with a focus on high-quality resin art supplies and DIY creative products. Oytra operates across major e-commerce platforms and its own website, www.oytra.com. Act as the founder’s right hand and ensure smooth execution of daily business, operational, and strategic activities. You will shadow the Founder, manage priorities, and help drive tasks to completion efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the founder in daily tasks, meetings, and follow-ups.
2. Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses in Excel or Google Sheets.
3. Coordinate communication and ensure timely execution of action items.
4. Handle documentation, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
5. Identify problems and provide effective, data-driven solutions.
