About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Act as the technical point of contact for client deployments and implementations.
2. Understand client requirements, gather feedback, and communicate necessary changes to internal stakeholders.
3. Ensure that all requested changes and updates are implemented accurately and within timelines.
4. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and deploy AI-powered voice applications.
5. Build and optimise machine learning pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks.
6. Experiment with prompt engineering to improve contextual understanding in conversational AI.
7. Integrate APIs and assist in real-time audio streaming, STT/TTS, and AI agent orchestration.
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously enhance deployed solutions for performance and reliability
