Key responsibilities:
1. Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy across books, ledgers, reconciliations, and statutory records.
2. Oversee and optimize our Zoho Books environment, including financial reporting, workflow improvements, and system-level controls.
3. Manage GST compliance, vendor payments, statutory filings, and periodic financial closures.
4. Develop, review, and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Drive automation and process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and visibility across finance operations.
6. Partner closely with cross-functional and tech teams to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and cost optimization.
7. Lead, mentor, and upskill junior finance team members and interns, fostering a high-performance culture.
8. Work directly with senior leadership on financial planning, cash flow management, audit preparation, and corporate controls.
