About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Understand the business, industry profile, and fund requirements of clients
2. Manage client and banker relationships and public relations
3. Prepare investment decks, teasers, CMAs, information memorandums, and project reports/proposal notes for fundraising
4. Present proposals to bankers
5. Respond to bank queries and coordinate with lawyers and valuers
6. Coordinate and troubleshoot between clients and bankers
7. Handle client-banker site visits, including factory and outstation visits
8. Visit bankers for proposal finalization and note preparation
9. Work on business consulting assignments
10. Perform valuation and due diligence tasks
11. Conduct data analytics and process improvement initiatives
12. Carry out revenue leakage audits, management audits, and debtor and inventory reviews
13. Manage end-to-end client relationships
14. Assist with annual balance sheet planning and reviews with projections
15. Prepare and present data to improve clients' external credit ratings
16. Ensure timely preparation and presentation of comprehensive monthly MIS
17. Conduct profitability and cost-benefit analyses
