As a Finance Executive at Brindleys Accountancy Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in accounting, MS-Excel, QuickBooks, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and accounting software to ensure the financial health of our clients. 1. Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
4. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
5. Collaborate with clients to provide financial advice and support in making strategic business decisions.
6. Perform journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
7. Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
8. Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks/Xero
9. Ensure timely VAT returns compliance
10. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements with journal entries & bank reconciliations
