About the Job
As a finance associate at SharePal, you will work closely with the finance team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Zoho Books implementation: Assist in the implementation and setup of Zoho Books to streamline accounting operations and financial processes.
2. Accounting & bookkeeping: Assist in preparation of accounting records such that they are accurate and up-to-date in line with company policies and accounting standards.
3. GST compliance: Prepare GST data and assist in filing returns accurately and on time.
4. Input Tax credit (ITC): Conduct ITC checks and follow up with vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
5. TDS filings: Prepare TDS data and support in accurate and timely filing of returns.
6. Vendor & partner payments: Ensure timely and error-free payments to all partners and vendors.
7. Documentation: Maintain documentation for procurement, invoicing, vendor contracts, and asset partner program.
