About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote project sites across eastern Pune.
2. Prospect sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
3. Organize site visits and convert as many site visits into sales as possible.
4. Participate in sales promotional activities as directed by the sales & marketing head.
5. Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Prepare monthly MIS and sales reports.
7. Maintain good relationships with both existing and new customers.
