Key Responsibilities:1. Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
2. Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
3. Communicate with clients to confirm order details, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
4. Track sales targets and prepare regular reports for management.
5. Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and assist in the organization of sales campaigns or events.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
