About the Job
Reporting to: Regional Operations HeadKey Responsibilities:
1. Drive the day-to-day functioning of the bike-rental counter, ensuring disciplined execution across customer service, rentals, returns, and inventory handling.
2. Provide on-ground leadership to rental agents, mechanics, and counter personnel; support them through basic training, daily guidance, and clear performance expectations.
3. Maintain accurate stock levels of bikes, safety accessories, and consumables while ensuring all units meet established inspection and safety parameters.
4. Support revenue monitoring, cost tracking, and daily MIS updates, contributing to consistent operational visibility for management.
5. Adhere to defined SOPs across rental processing, safety verification, customer KYC documentation, and damage-tracking protocols.
6. Cultivate a customer-first culture by ensuring prompt issue resolution, cleanliness of vehicles, and a seamless rental experience.
7. Coordinate with Acropolis Mall authorities on space utilization, branding placement, and event-based promotions.
8. Participate in local sales and marketing efforts—including mall partnerships and promotional schemes—to drive walk-ins and rental conversions.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant vehicle-hire regulations, insurance norms, and on-ground safety requirements.
