About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Recruit and onboard qualified agents to build a high-performing sales team.
2. Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review performance, share company updates, address common issues, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
3. Set and monitor weekly production targets for the team of agents.
4. Identify training and development needs of agents and coordinate with the Training Department to arrange suitable product, technical, and skills training sessions.
5. Accompany agents during customer visits to provide support and enhance their sales effectiveness.
6. Guide agents in their professional development in line with company policies and career progression plans.
7. Drive agent activation and ensure consistent business productivity.
8. Motivate and recognize top performers through rewards, feedback, and team-building activities.
9. Regularly review agent performance against targets, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions or training.
10. Ensure all agents operate in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines while maintaining valid licenses.
11. Make performance-based decisions and handle agent or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
