Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key responsibilities:
A. Lead Generation:
1. Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
B. Client Meetings:
1. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
2. Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
C. Sales Targets:
1. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.
D. Market Research:
1. Gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
2. Provide feedback to the team to improve products/services.
E. Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
2. Prepare regular reports for management review.
