Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Call and follow up with clients to generate site visits.
2. Relationship Building: Build long-term trust with customers & maintain developer/channel partner relationships.
3. Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and suggest the best property options.
4. Site Visits & Deal Closure: Take clients for property visits, explain project benefits, and close deals.
5. Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly sales & revenue goals.
6. Customer Service: Ensure a smooth after-sales experience and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
2. Experience: 0 to 03 years in Real Estate / Sales executive/ Customer Relationship Manager (Freshers with good communication skills welcome!).
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building
4. Personality: Confident, ambitious, target-driven, and a go-getter.
5. Requirement: Must have a 2-wheeler & valid driving license.
