About the Job
As a Field Sales Executive at Park+, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through cold calling, lead generation, and business development. This role is to work closely with Sales Managers, the department would be Apartment Sales (barrier sales).Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings
2. Entering and maintaining accurate data in the company's CRM system
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to drive repeat business
4. Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market reach
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions
6. Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth
7. Providing regular feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategy and execution
6 days a week role (Wednesday off and Sunday working)
