Key responsibilities:1. Source and acquire MSME/SME customers for business loans through field visits
2. Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements
3. Collect, verify, and submit KYC & financial documents
4. Follow up with internal teams and customers for loan processing & approvals
5. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
