Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential clients (exporters, manufacturers, suppliers).
2. Explain the benefits and services of Alibaba.com and how it can help them grow their business globally.
3. Generate leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
4. Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong relationship for conversion.
5. Maintain a database of clients and update call records in CRM.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
7. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client queries.
