About the Job
Anuradha Textiles is one of North India’s leading synthetic saree manufacturers, serving hundreds of B2B clients across the region. Known for same-day dispatch, daily fresh designs, and exceptional service, we are expanding our on-ground presence and strengthening client relationships.We are looking for a Junior Field Sales Executive who will travel to various cities, meet existing customers, showcase new saree samples, collect orders, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Note: This is not a hardcore sales role—it is primarily focused on building trust, improving follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Travel for 4 trips per month, visiting 7–8 clients per trip
2. Carry and present physical saree samples
3. Collect orders and coordinate same-day with the dispatch team
4. Strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients
5. Improve follow-ups and client retention
6. Collect and document customer feedback
7. Maintain visit reports through CRM, Excel, and physical logs
8. Promote new saree designs and upsell to existing customers
9. Become the go-to point of contact for assigned accounts
