About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Do basic market research in your area to find where smart home/electrical automation can be useful (like in new buildings, renovation sites, shops, offices, etc.).
2. Approach identified potential customers like builders, home owners, and interior designers, and explain how automation solutions can help them.
3. Educate people about our smart products (like touch switches, smart switches, lighting, sensors, devices, etc) simply and confidently.
4. Give basic live demos and explain product benefits clearly—such as safety, energy savings, and comfort.
5. Share product brochures, videos, and presentations to generate interest.
6. Collect details of interested customers (leads) and share them with the sales/technical team.
7. Support the team in regular follow-ups and help convert leads into actual customers.
8. Share daily updates, customer feedback, and field learnings with your team leader.
