A-Tec Tools is looking for a talented Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in our client base. This exciting role requires someone with a strong understanding of client relationship management, lead generation, and market research. If you have experience in cold calling, negotiation, and a proficiency in spoken English, Hindi, and Punjabi, we want to hear from you!Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and visit potential industrial clients (manufacturing units, forging plants, OEMs, etc.)
2. Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
4. Utilize effective negotiation tactics to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue.
5. Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales orders
6. Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business
7. Achieve monthly sales and activity targets
