About the Job
OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the sales and growth of our high-quality uPVC and Aluminium door and window solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fenestration industry, a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, and exceptional relationship-building skills with architects, builders, contractors, and direct clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Generate Leads: Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, contractors, and direct consumers.
Product Promotion: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value, features, and benefits of uPVC and Aluminium solutions (e.g., energy efficiency, noise reduction, security).
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial inquiry and consultation to quotation, negotiation, and deal closure.
2. Technical Expertise & Consultation:
Needs Assessment: Consult with clients to understand their specific fenestration requirements (technical, aesthetic, and budgetary).
Solution Recommendation: Provide expert advice and recommend the best uPVC and Aluminium products/systems that meet project specifications and industry standards.
Estimation & Quotation: Prepare accurate and detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, often based on architectural drawings and site measurements.
Technical Liaison: Collaborate with the technical, design, and installation teams to ensure client-specific requirements are accurately translated into the final product and installation plan.
