About the Job
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The role involves visiting retail stores, managing the entire delivery cycle, procuring goods from the main market, handling packaging, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working closely with IIT alumni and professionals from MNC backgrounds — an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build your career in FMCG operations and sales.Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit stores in assigned areas to manage sales and deliveries.
2. Procure goods from the main market as per order requirements.
3. Handle packaging and ensure timely delivery to clients.
4. Maintain good relationships with store owners and customers.
5. Coordinate internally for stock and delivery schedules.
Compensation & Benefits:
1. ₹10,000 fixed salary Up to ₹10,000 performance incentives (based on targets)
2. Petrol expenses to be borne by the candidate.
3. 6 days working, flexible hours.
