About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our School ERP Software to educational institutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable visiting 5–10 schools daily, presenting the product, building relationships with school decision-makers, and achieving monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and visit potential schools in the assigned territory (minimum 5–10 schools per day).
2. Conduct product demonstrations (online or offline) for school principals, management, and administrators.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with school authorities and decision-makers.
4. Generate qualified leads and follow up for closures.
5. Promote new features, updates, and modules of the ERP product to existing and prospective clients.
6. Maintain a daily record of school visits, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting format.
7. Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and school exhibitions as required.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
