About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and approach bus operators and travel businesses in assigned regions.
2. Conduct field visits, product demos, and sales meetings with decision-makers.
3. Explain Bitla’s solutions clearly and tailor pitches to operator needs.
4. Support migration of operators from competitor software, coordinating with implementation teams.
5. Pitch Bitla to new bus operators entering the market and help set up initial workflows.
6. Handle RFQs, proposals, pricing discussions, and basic commercial negotiations.
7. Maintain strong operator relationships and ensure smooth onboarding and usage adoption.
8. Track sales funnel, maintain visit reports, and share field feedback to internal teams.
